Privacy Policy — Infleinter

Infleinter ("the App", "the Game") is a tower-defense game developed as an independent project. This page explains what information the App handles when you play, whether on the web or the Android app.

Information We Collect

The App is designed to collect as little information as possible.

Locally stored preferences. Your language, font-size, BGM/SFX volume settings, and the multiplayer display name you type in are saved on your own device (browser localStorage on web, app storage on Android). This data never leaves your device and is not sent to any server.
Multiplayer session data. If you choose to play Multiplayer, the display name you enter and your in-game progress (gold, score, wave, life) are sent to a game server so other players in the same room can see them. This data exists only for the duration of the match — it is held in server memory, not written to a database, and is discarded when the room closes or you disconnect.

Information We Do Not Collect

No account creation, no email, no phone number, no real name
No advertising or ad-tracking SDKs
No analytics or behavioral-tracking SDKs
No access to contacts, location, camera, microphone, or photos
No device identifiers are collected or shared with third parties

Permissions (Android app)

The Android app requests only the INTERNET permission, which is required to connect to the multiplayer game server. No other device permission is requested.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any information with third parties. The only data transmitted (multiplayer name/progress) is relayed solely to other players currently in your multiplayer room, for the purpose of showing a live scoreboard.

Data Retention

Locally stored preferences remain on your device until you clear the app's data/browser storage or uninstall the App. Multiplayer session data is transient and is not retained after the match ends.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Since no account or personal information is required to play, the App is safe with respect to children's privacy by design.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
